Welcome to Swedish Workshop Online 2025
Visit Sweden invites you to participate in our online matchmaking workshop, Swedish Workshop Online 2025. It’s an opportunity for international tour operators and agents to connect with Swedish tourism suppliers in a series of one-to-one meetings and make plans. This is both a time and cost-effective way to meet and create new connections and learn about Swedens range of various inspiring travel and vacation experiences.
The workshop will run two days, May 7th – May 8th between 07.00 (7 am) and 19.00 (7 pm) CEST, both days. This is to accommodate the time differences and to enable participation from all our priority markets and time zones.
How does it work and who can you meet?
Visit Sweden invites the international travel trade to meet with Swedens incoming tourism providers, from; incoming tour operators / DMCs, accommodations, transport, activity and service providers to DMO’s (Destination Management Organization) and regional tourist boards.
You will meet potential business partners in pre-scheduled 25 min. meetings in one-to-one sessions online. All participants are subject to pre-registration and qualification. Once approved participants will be able to view and search for interesting profiles.
Registration is open for both buyers and suppliers simultaneously until the 2 May - so participants will join continuously. Once you have signed up – login on a regular basis to discover who is new.

Representatives from the Swedish incoming tourism sector looking to connect or reconnect with international travel trade from primarily Visit Swedens focus markets:, Germany (Switzerland & Austria), UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, USA, China and the Nordics. Suppliers can register two or more participants to share the schedule and the workload. Suppliers can also add one or more extra schedule(s) for your company or organization.
FEE: Suppliers pay a fee of 5000 SEK ex. VAT for one schedule. Extra schedule: 1000 SEK ex. VAT
BUYER: REGISTER
Tour operators and travel agents that are planning to expand to Sweden or that are already operating within Sweden. Travel industry professional looking for new products and destinations with direct purchasing and contracting authority, within a company buying and packaging tourism services. All buyers are assigned a separate schedule by default.
FEE: Participation free of charge.
